THE VILLA
​
The Villa is totally surrounded by nature and it is characterized by an amazing view on the valley. It is composed by 3 floors:
On the ground floor there is a traditional "taverna" communicating with the garden, which includes kitchen, fireplace (where grilling is allowed), toilet and laundry. The first floor is composed by kitchen and living room (with stube and wood stove) communicating with the main terrace. In the same floor there is also a double room with bathroom. The second floor is a loft which includes other two bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with queen bed) and a bathroom.
THE EXCURSIONS
Contrà Facci is the perfect place for mountain's lovers. The Villa is located on monte Novegno, one of the mountains which compose Pasubio summits. Different trails, of several difficulties, start from Contrà Facci to reach "Busa Novegno" and the three main peaks: "Cima Rione" (strategic position during the Great War), "Cima Novegno" and "Cima Pria Forà" that open a magical natural window on Valdastico.
From the main touristic attractions of this territory there is the War Ossuary of Pian Delle Fugazze built in 1926 in order to contain the remains of over 13.000 Italians and Austrians soldiers died around Pasubio area during the Great War.
The more famose trails is the one which head to Rifugio Achille Papa which is composed by 52 galleries built on the rock, result of an extraordinary military engineering.
THE NEAREST CITIES

From Novegno mountain, the villa's view expands on Schio, a cozy city surrounded also by different mountains. Schio is unique for its several structures typical of industrial archaeology of 1800\1900. Moreover it is a perfect starting point fo visit the main cities of Veneto as Vicenza,Bassano del Grappa, Marostica, Verona, Padova e Venezia. For the art lovers Vicenza and its area are characterized by Andrea Palladio's architecture, father of UNESCO Palladio's Villas projected and built for several aristocratic families and some exponents of Veneto upper class in 1500.
